Young, Well Performing Community Bank - Transformational Project

This was accomplished with re-organization of work flows and task assignments, elimination of non value adding activities, better use of technology, enhanced expense management, and increased non interest income. The recommendations resulted in a high six figure annualized economic benefit.

East Coast Bank- Charter Consolidation
Successfully consolidated the bank’s four charters into one. Managed the centralization of deposit operations and credit administration for a timely and efficient consolidation. Also, recommended appropriate staffing levels for centralized functions, as well as analyzed all processes and procedures in order to recommend ways to streamline work flows. Renegotiated lower item and data processing contracts with Fiserv. Total benefits identified and implemented were over $1.2 million.

We assessed the critical issues of credit and collection processes, regulatory compliance, organizational design, and management strength/effectiveness, and designed a strategy for the bank, which led to organizational and priority changes.
Regional Bank – Revenue Enhancement for Credit Card Division
Identified and implemented changes that generated in excess of $6 million annually for the division. This included changes to credit card disclosures and language, as well as an improved notification of change to customers. The project also reduced costs and improved customer service levels for further, substantial benefits.
Southeast Regional Bank – Streamlining Acquisition, Loan Operations
In response to an acquisition, the bank identified a need for help in training and transitioning lending services employees to new processes. Procedure manuals, process charts, and training forms were created and transferred to an online, accessible portal to ensure quality, ongoing training. Classroom training and testing also occurred. Consistency in production levels and service was achieved.
